Commora AI LLC ("Commora," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you interact with our services — including our website, our AI agents, and messages sent through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS and web chat.
We may collect the following types of information:
We use your information to:
Our AI agents operate on the official WhatsApp Business Platform and on Instagram and Facebook Messenger, which are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). When you message a business through these channels, your messages are transmitted and processed by Meta in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's own privacy terms, in addition to this policy. We only initiate WhatsApp conversations with people who have opted in or first messaged the business.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Commora AI, including:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. You can also contact us at support@commora.ai, tell the business directly, or opt out by any other reasonable method — we honor opt-out requests however they're communicated, not just the STOP keyword.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is never shared with any third party.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only with the service providers that help us deliver the service, and only as needed to operate it:
Commora builds and operates AI agents for beauty & wellness businesses (our "Clients"). When you message one of our Clients, that Client is the controller of your personal information and Commora acts as a processor that handles the data on the Client's behalf and under their instructions. Every Client's use of Commora is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which sets out how we handle, secure, and delete data processed on their behalf. If you contacted a specific business, requests to access or delete your data may be directed to that business, and we will assist them in responding.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your language preference, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown on your first visit, and you can control cookies through your browser settings at any time. Declining non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the core parts of the site.
We keep personal information only as long as we have a real reason to, and no longer. Retention periods depend on the type of data and why we have it:
You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@commora.ai, or the business you messaged directly. We may need to keep limited information beyond these windows where the law requires it — for example, records relevant to an active legal dispute, a government investigation, or a required financial audit.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of communications at any time (for SMS, by replying STOP). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@commora.ai.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
